Since all items are made to order, processing typically takes 7–14 business days. If you purchased Priority Processing, your order will skip the line and be prepared much faster—sometimes even same or next business day.
All sales are final since items are made to order. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or with the incorrect size.
PRODUCT QUESTIONS
Most of our products fit true to size. Our drop shoulder tees and sleeveless tees have a slightly oversized fit. Regular tees, hoodies, zip-ups, and other items are true to size unless stated otherwise. You can always check the size chart in the product description for exact measurements.
For best results, cold wash and hang dry. If you use a dryer, we recommend air dry or gentle settings. For rhinestone items, always wash with care and avoid heat to help preserve the rhinestones long term.
Each product includes a size chart in the description. If you’re between sizes and prefer a looser fit, we recommend going up a size—especially for drop shoulder or oversized styles.
